Featured Supporter

Kernes Pool is honored to feature community supporters whose extraordinary generosity  make our work possible.

We are pleased to announce that our organization has recently been awarded a generous contribution from an anonymous donor through the Community Foundation of Monterey County (CFMC).  This vital funding will provide therapeutic warm water exercise for Veterans and Military families.

The CFMC makes grants to create healthy, safe, vibrant communities in Monterey County and beyond. The CFMC provides a bridge between people and local needs by assisting individuals, families and businesses to design customized giving plans to make an impact now and in the future. The Community Foundation’s standard is, “We are ‘Here for Good’.”

The CFMC also helps nonprofit organizations and their donors to build their future.  Kernes Adaptive Aquatics Stewardship Fund at the Foundation is able to accept charitable gifts and legacy contributions of all kinds.  To learn more about the Community Foundation for Monterey County, visit: www.cfmco.org.  For more information about making a charitable or legacy gift to Kernes’ Stewardship Fund, please contact Executive Director Lynn Young at info@kernespool.org, or 831-643-9867.
